one less lonely girl

2011 has been a blast so far... :)

loved the way i counted down and invited the new year in with my awesome batch of friends.
nearly, the whole of kelzone was at marina sq! hehe.
we were all spraying at each other. bleah.

well, school has started and today was the second day of school.
my class has only 27 people now... hahahah,
and im sitting next to esther! :D

ft and ct changed too..
prefect mistresses changed too..
teachers are gone..
SO MANY CHANGES>

4DG's ft is miss teng, and she was ft of 3dg 09 and 4dg 10 too!
she's really nice and i can tell that she will make our class really bonded by planning all the activities.
she loves plants, super funny and she names them.
and our ct is miss lee (new chinese teacher), she speaks english too and she very cute.
hahaha.

miss wong, mr teo, mrs hee ... all left the school,
so prefect mistresses changed to mrs de, ms heng (new teacher from pri sch) and mr cho.
hAHAHA.
i dont really know them yet..
except mrs de.
haha.

oh well... tmr gotta help out in sec 1 orientation, campfire.. gotta stay till 9pm.
omgoodnesss.
but i hope it will be fun, and PLEASEPLEASEPPLEASE D.O.N.'T...... R.A.I.N.!!!!!
last year i remembered after setting it up, it started raining.

8 more hours to 2011!

I am so so so hyped up about the new year!
I believe 2011 is going to be the best year yet for me!
So what if its gonna be my O levels year?
I believe I will do so well, and I believe I'm going to enjoy school and studying!

Besides the studying part,
I'm sure I'm going to rise up even more and become a cgl!!
My dream of becoming a cgl at 16....
It will come to pass!

Kar is going to work hard and I want to be a vessel that is so willing for God to use.
2011 is indeed going to be the most blessed year for me and my family!

I'm going to forget all that had happened in 2010, and look forward to 2011!
Kickstarting my year by being in the HOG! Wooohoooo!
Its gonnna be soooo awesome!
I can't wait to say "HAPPY 2011"!!!!

and, i saw TRACY KEEE HUI YI today!!!!!!!!! she's finally back after 1 year +...
and yeah, screamed, jump, hug! hahahaha.

4 more days of freedom... and then its school.
omgosssh.

i havent done any hw. im dead, haa.
thus, the first week of school will be chionging of hw. sialah, i hope i dont die.

REAL CONFERENCE--- 15-17 DEC. :D

DAY 1 REAL CONFERENCE

and soo... i only slept for 20 mins, i think its not even called sleeping, but napping.
hahaha, woke up at 6 am.. then gave morning call...
showered and prepare then jy and i cabbed down to church.

met stomp for breakfast at second best and a few others joined us like jaren, garrick, gw, stan..
we eat until all of us ran opposite to church cos we were late.
haha :p

so when we finally got into church, we quickly rehearsed and then... soon, FIRST SESSION STARTED.
it startedd by playing our STOMP video.... and then we all suddenly appear and all :)
hehehehe.

kel preached on the first session!!!
where kelzone boys become real men, girls become real woman, non believers become believers, believers bcoming disciple....
W-O-W.

after session, we all went to NTU for our games.
practically the whole upper decker of bus 179 belonged to kelzone.
and i led them there aggain :p
hahaha,

we all went to this canteen, and they didnt sell any foood -.-
hahahahah,
changed and then we started playing games.
so proud of leon, yk, steven, kuo xuan!!!!!!! they were soo ONNNNN.
really, our group won second! hehehe,

went to many many stations to play, and were all fun.
got wet and dirty.
last game was water bomb.
everybody target me. i kena like at my stomach, my chest, my arm....everywhere.
super pain.

couldnt get my revenge though :(
ahhaha.

went to joel's house to shower with ting xy jord.
then while the committee was discussing outside, i was inside joelynn's room...
until 9 ++, then we all went best for dinner.
after that, joel, jlynn, jord and i went church to meet the rest to play tt.

while walking, some weird guy came to "kiss" me.. but never touch until.
i didnt even know until they told me.
:p
hehehe,
so gross man.

we play until 11 pm, then kit, dee, dylan and i cab back.
ahahah, cos it started raining heavily and all of us were tired.

DAY 2 REAL CONFERENCE

woke up at 6 am as usual.. and started to prepare...
then i was at the bus stop waiting for dylan dee and kit to be ready... so i missed 3 963 buses..
and when 963E came, i board cos dylan say just board...
in the end, the express bus didnt stop at their stop, so i went to hbf alone.
lol.

well, it was faster lah,... then i went to hbf centre to meet my group (:
and then, i practically led the whole zone to Keppel Bay.
ahahahha, its funny how we all walk there together... ahahahaha. and all keep asking..
"kar, walk here correct right?".
ahhaha.
and thanks nick for the hashbrown, but you still owe me. no sincerity one you.

so when we reached, we relax abit and the wind was windy :)
then we did morning exercise.
ahahhaha,
and then... we started our EXODUS game.

team leaders were called MOSES , while our group members were called the CHILDREN OF ISRAEL.
yugene and i merge team since he only had cindy in his group...
so our group had 2 moses, hahaha.
moses were told to get our rod.. and when we took our rod, the committee and the leaders came walking towards the rest of them.
and the whole game started with edwin pulling jaren away and shouting at him and everyone else.

so our first task as a moses was to go to the different buckets to pick up one slip of paper to try unlocking the locks that the "soldiers" are gonna use...
our group members were locked up, and they had to do many many things..
like push up and everything and they can only stop until we managed to unlock.
i was really lucky, .. the first paper i took, and i unlocked it.
joel was handling my group, and was shouting at my group members.. and he totally daoed me when i ask him question, but still he was nice to me :p

then finally after gene and i unlocked the other lock, we had to bused to the bridge that links to viivo..

and our group took the earth trail..
we had to go thru all the 10 different plagues... hahaha.
had to drink this water mixed with chilli or dk what..
then we had to frog jump to the other side..
then we had to walk thru the grasses and stand there for 30 seconds.. and it was really gross.
then we had to carry leon over, and while we walk, edwin was throwing ice at us..
then we came to jord's station.
the locusts station.. they blind fold us and then what make us eat.. but in the end we ate twistie -.-
hahahaha.

eileen was super funny, ... i ask her for insect repellent , and she replied me..
"dont sabo me leh, later they scold me"..
cos they all supposed to be very bad and fierce to us one.
ahahaha.

oh well, all the games were very tiring but fun...
the "part the red sea" was the most.... gah.. we had to crawl on the grass patch, and many had scratches.
thank God i only had one small one.
lol.

the last final sstage was Mount Sinai for Moses...
it was the toughest.
we had to squat jump all the way up the stairs, and listening to all the "suanings" by the leaders..
like asking if we think we are really good and stuffs.
it was very tiring, but i never gave up.
being a leader isnt very easy all the time...

after that wwhoole thing, mmy legs totally became wobbly.
went to find the rest at the meeting place... where we all gathered.
played one last mass game.. then after that had debrief.. and ...

water fight started again.
everybody was pouring water... and i was SOAKED.
all of them aim and target me can.
take STOMP photo , then dk who go pour over me halfway -.-
i was totally soaking wet. dripping.

and of course i took my revenge. hehehe.
joel make a super funny comment .."here also no beach, dk why we all got wet".

oh ya, at the end, alll of them finally do not need to act to be fierce anymore.
ahahahah.

cab back to joel's house w jas and ting too.
wet the cab seat.
aahhaha.

showered and then we went for seession.
session with edwin was powerful too!!!!!!
presence of God was really strongg :)

after session, we all went to play tt,... supposed to be stomp team, but in the end all kelzone peeps were there.
hahahahhaa,
then i went for drama pract.
was really a zombie...

though i could leave at 10 pm +, i waited till 11++ cos we had a surprise bday celebration for sandy :)
she was really shocked and she teared.
the food that we had was awesomely ncie tooo.
met joel at the busstop, and i took some food for him :p

stayed over at his house! hahahaha.
halfway thru, ting, jlynn and i camwhored.
ahhahaa.

slept at around 1 + :)
squeezed on the bed with ting.
ehhehe.
so that was conf day 2!

DAY 3 OF REAL CONFERENCE

day 3 was more relaxxx :)
woke up at around 7 ++++... and ting and jlynn was like bugging me to go bathe first so that they can sleep more. siansation.

was super tired and i had muscle cramp everywhere lah.
so i went to bathe first, then after we were done, we bused to jp and walk to the park.
i was practically limping, and still i was made to climb the overhead bridge. gah.

our game that we played was also more relax, but we played in our houses... R E A L.
we kicked lettuce, pingpong, table tennis ball, soccer ball, rubber ball, papaya and... aiya, kick so many diff stuffs.
hahaha.
and i was being injured so many times lah.
like people stepping on me, kicking me and stuffs. :/

ended the game by playing against edwin , joel and chao chung.
hahah, all the leaders+committee+few of us played against the 3 of them. it was super funny.
i totally forgot i had muscle cramps.

after that, jlynn, jas, ting and i went back to jo's house.
showered and all... and jlynn and i took our time to go to church :p we really super tired.
she fell asleep.
ahahah.

went back to church, and we had devotion time.
first part of devotion, we had 20 mins for self-prayer, then we combined to pray for various items,
then break for 5 mins, and we went back in for the second half of devotion.
read Bible for 20 mins, then we had a bible memory verse competition... had to memorize verses.
and all the time, nick, jerome, andre, yugene all keep trying to disturb me so i wont win -.-

after that we break again, and waited for the LAST session to start!

presence of God was really really strong, jiejie preached bout Holy Spirit.
halfway thru her sermon, i already felt the presence and was already tearing.
there was altar call, and almost everyone responded...
leaders was laid hands upon too...
then we had holy laughter.

srsly, went supr crazy and laugh unutil stomach and cheeks ultra pain.
the guys went craazy, started pushing each other down -.-
and tau pok-ing each other. hahahahaa.

then we sang "we are a family that lovess loves loves"... then we had "disco".. haha
sang 3 ending praise songs, and everbody was like jumping,
then ediwn and kel spray water on us, and that kickstarted the whole water fight aagain.
and as usual, i got wet again -.-

we over timed by 2 hours +, so had to evacuate the room, and we went to cafe to meet up.
ended by giving off prizes and appreciation messages...
then we keep going "3 cheers and 3 cheers and 3 cheers for...." hahaha.
so i went down to b4 for drama at 9pm,.

during rhs, i was already half dead. super tired sia.
but well ended of REAL conference nicely (:

i will never one to hurt Holy Spirit. i want more of You and less of me. :)

heeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy. okayokay, now that REAL conference is over, and CHRISTMMAS is in a few days time... i am even more busy.

no time to blog sia :( sad life.

well, MONDAY... i met up with STOMP for practice at bugis, but we went for lunch first , then we went to buy koi, then go to national library there to practice... then at 7pm + i trained down to jw for drama pracct.
didnt get to practice with muso... but hais. :) ahaa..
drama did recording...

TUESDAY... met up before combined pm, and stomp had a practice,..
played table tennis thn we had pm. hahaaha,
pm was good and it was crowded!!!
after pm, we had a super super random... "hey lets meet up to practice" . hahaha.
so we met and was practising at carpark until we had to go.

jy came to stay over at my house.... and i didnt sleep till 5.40am.
hahaha :p
tooo excited for REAL conference alr!

soooooo my sunday was kinda different, cos there wasnt cg.
went down to expo together with kezia, and sudden siansation struck me.
travelling to expo kills. really really. its so tedious. thank God my service is in JW..

drama pract was fun, but i accidentally drop the cups, then it created a very loud noise..
then bosses they all very funny,all joked and said "fire herr". hahaaha.

jy came to look for me and waited for me,and she brought subway cookies for me :D
thank you dearest!!!!!
then soon, drama pract ended, and we went down to vivo.

met ting, dot, jlynn and gary at harbourfront foodcourt.. ate dinner, then went to buy bubbletea!
bused to resort world!
apparently elijah saw me, but i didnt see him :(
went to buy popcorn-caramel crisp, and then met jas, gw and kit outside the theatre!

well.. voyage de la vie today wasn't as nice..
cause, the juggler and the other rope girl didnt perform..
it was different, even the magic trick.
abit sad.. but. well...

during the girl's swinging part, jas and i grabbed each other's hands. hahaha.
super gan jiong can.

then after the show, we slacked around rws, take pictures and all..
then finally headed back to vivo...
went to macs to chill and eat, then we all left.

kit and i missed our last bus, so we ran to the staation.. and we nearly, NEARLY missed the last train too.
thank God we didnt!
gw and dot waited for us at outram :D
saw huimei there too!!

haha, then from cck, kit and i cab home! thanks for the ride kito! :)

SERVICE TODAY WITH PST PHIL --- AWESOME TTM. POWERFUL.

woke up early today, must have been the earliest i have waken during the hols.
showered and everything, then spend time with nick.
because its his birthday, and there was a party, so i gotta wake up early.

kel woke nick up!!!! ahhaha,
and then dasao thought it was me.. :/ how nice hor.
we had like de javu moment. ahhaha.

the buffet food is srsly yummy :)

went to church with kel and jie. went to best to find them.. TT Gang. ahahhaha.
they were eating and then.. funny chats we had.
went back to church and we practiced.

queued up for service, and then went seperate ways.
ahaha,
pst phil asked 15 years old to stand up. and then asked the girls to remain standing.
and then jeremy turned to me and told me to sit, cos he said i wasnt a girl.
how nice of him.

then pst said mary was our age when angel gabriel told her she would be conceiving..
so he said, who knows, we might be the next.
lol.
funny, but hahaha.

after servicce, had pm,
after pm, met edwin for the teamleaders gathering.
then went to second best to join 279 for dinner..
then they went to citycollege for carnival, and kel, cyn and i stayed on in church..
415 is really funny.
ahaha,

anywya, i am home very early.
for once.
hahaha.

oh, and .. thanks soooooooo much bryan for the surprise!!!!
after pm, he suddenly came and pass me a bag.

and in it, was my DREAM CHRISTMAS ISLAND cup!!!!!!!!!!! that i regretted not buying.
and when he went Paris, he bought a keychain for me too.

yeah, then we played doubles, and jord and i teamed up, vs yk and leon.
haahahah, wooohoo, jord and i kept winning. NICEEEEEE.
but they all keep saying "kar help to close up the gap.. "
so bad lo.
but i won quite a few times too alright!!!! :D

we played tt for like 3 hours +? insane i know.
then, we ate dinner,......

I have a very cute nephew..
Played with him before I left the house,
And he kept climbing onto me and hugging mee..

When I ask him to kiss me on my cheeks, he will kiss and make the "muaack" sound.
Then when I walked out of the door, he crawled really quickly towards the door,
And started crying :(
Ahh.. Heart paiin you know, but its so cute and touching..

Suddenly this reminds me of 'abandoned kids'..
I guess this must have been the same feeling as kids being abandoned by their parents.
The way they cry, the way they look at your eyes.
I felt as if I was an evil mother for a few seconds..

wednesday was a RAPUNZEL day for me :D

met jlynn and joanna first, so i decided to take train. and on the lrt, idk why, but it was packed -.-
so ... there was this uncle, he stoood so close to me. i had nowhere to go.
and, i felt,.. awkward.
so i let out a loud "ahem". heehee.

and then, i saw CHERMAINE!!! my kindergarten bestie!
when we saw each other, our faces were.. epic.
she went ... "OMGOSH IS THIS YOU??! IS THIS KARUNA?!?!"
and i went.. "OMGOSH CHERMAINE!!!!!!!!!"
yeah, apparently, thats what happens if you havent seen each other for a million years (:
gotta meet up soon mans.

met jlynn and joanna at je platform, and jlynn said "wah kar, just now nobody, now so many people alr"
and guess what i said--> "i brought the crowd mah, all follow me" :P
hahahaa,
and on the train, this group of guys... CMI.
they just keep loooooooking and looking, and talk so loudly like trying to get attention like that.

and when we alighted, we saw a guy and the way he carried his guitar....... BEST. ahahaa,
went to paper market, and OHMYGOSH. i saw my LOVE.

then we went to marina sq macs, and i saw SITI. so she was working, and she gave me free coke.

sat there for awhile, then i left the both of them..

trained to cine, and went to buy tickets first.. stupid ting, late :@ haha.
and oh well.. sat at the second row.. but uh.. still okay lah.

RAPUNZEL was such a touching, funny, sweet, lol, and pretty show.. ohmygosh.
srsly, i love the lanterns part. ahhh. heart meltz.
i cried like 3 times in the movie??! hahaa.

after rapunzel, we went for our dinner at PONTIAN ... the WANTON noodle is simply... DELICIOUS.
super duper ultra yummy, love it!
then i saw val. ahaha, its really a day of seeing people.

went to see the shop that sells TOMS, then we walked to taka.
went to kino and was looking at planners, but nth caught my eyes.. :(,
then went to see pedder red shop.. after that went to paragon's toys r' us..
hahahaha.
bought ice cream and then went back to cine, and.. tadah, ting bought her TOMS.
i chose the colour for her.. and she make me feel like buying one pair tooo lah. ji dan gao.

thenn we went to SCAPE, and i went up to O SCHOOl.. and guess who i saw..
i saw gale, amelia, carolyn, aerin...... OHMYGOSH.
haahha, saw more people. and all sc. ahahah, NICE.
and i saw theresa dancing. hahaa,

then we went to 313, then went to orchard point (??) ... then walked to cine.
okay, ya a lot of walking.
and she bought her GONG cha. that make her really GONG. ahahha.
then we went inside carrefour. ahahhaah, dont ask me why. :D

when we were leaving, i suddenly heard my name... and i turned, and i saw AUDREY NG.
she was out with her zone friends.. super cool. so .. i saw EVEN MORE PEOPLE..
then when ting and i took our seperate ways, i heard my name ONCE MORE..
and this time, i saw sissy and bernard! haahaha, so coool to see them.. just that vien wasnt around :(

haahaha, today is just a FUNNY DAY.
i saw soooooooooo many people i know. singapore is indeeeeeed small.

and on the way back, it was just HOORRRIBLE.
the bus was so packed, and the guy that was infront of me reeks of liquor that make me felt like puking.
and then when i moved inside, i was stucked between two men.
and both just keep pushing me. wahliao eh. feelt like screaming into their ears. zheeeeeh.
ahah,

okay so... that was my EVENTFUL and FRUITFUL and SEEING FRIENDS day!

okay, well, we played table tennis for like 1 hour +++ close to 2 hours.
super fun, i think i am improving.
we played doubles and wooohooooooooooo! we won all 3 games :D

well all of them say i am the one that always "lose the points"... but hey!!!!!!! ii win a few times too kay.

jy super funny too. ehehe.

jy always wanna make me lose, by serving very tough shot, so i wont be able to hit back. geeeeee. ahaha.

then played cards, and then we got it started. niceeeeeeeeeeee.
after everything, we went to best to eat...
hahaha, SECOND REAL= second best. how nice eh.

fellowship was ultra fun and funny... super irritating too. hahha,
then we went for leaders meeting,
woohooo!
leaders meeting was super niceee and goooood. i love pst phil!!!!!!

after ldrs meeting, went to second best to eat... AGAIN. haha,but i didnt eat lah.
then jas, garrick, jordan, yeeliang, yugene, nicholas all join us and sat with us.
super coooll. kelzone unite! haaha,

oh well, anyway anyway, watching rapunzel later on with jy and ting! yipeedoooooo! :)

met saunders, kez, lex, brian at cine macs.. where we chilled awhile then went for drama prrac.
drama prac was fun, and as usual...super funny, hehe.

thank God for brannon, whom we just knew and found oout that he is in our batch tooo.
went home with him, cos he was going to gf's house.

went to church with jiejie, and.. met up with emy and weiyang..
we prayed for every single member in w547!
queued up, and playedd oldddddddddd 279 game with emily. we really scream.

zhi and i joined 279 for fellowship afterwards.
went to clementi to eat jap food, then we went holland v 's coffee bean.
