Yesterday was a perfect weather to put on a sweater while studying in school and having one of the best drinks you can ever have - Koi's hazelnut milk tea.
(I think I found my new favourite spot to take pictures at already. Heehee love the lighting here!)
Met some of the NUS Harvesters to study together and it was a really great time! It's nice to know that you are not alone in your uni journey, but you have your fellow church friends who shares the same faith and thinking with you.
Many of them I only met and knew this year,.. But I guess that's the CHC dna - you become a family real quickly and easily.
It was really fun studying with them and they makes studying less boring and lonely. I love how random they can get... From running out of the room to take a group picture with some of the Line's mascot (which was a really random appearance) to saying lame pick up lines in the midst of studying that cracks all of us up.
One of the lame pick up lines goes like this (with links to the walls of Jericho): Go walk around a girl that you like 7 times, and after the 7th round, blow a trumpet and ask her "are you falling for me yet?"
And not forgetting, the really random and impromptu (FREE) dinner at CAPT/YALE NUS with a few of them.
It was my first time trying the food that they serve in CAPT and it was surprisingly quite yummy! Thank you Kel for bringing us in and scanning your card for us! Heehee.
Yeap, and so, I continued studying till it was 2am. I guess I can get use to such lifestyle again - studying for more than 10 hours a day.
But I really enjoy and love studying in the reading room in utown, especially when I get to move the table and sofa around to set up a perfect spot for myself. (In this case, I was back facing everyone else whom were studying in the cubicles)
Countdown to freedom: 13 days!!
