Day 3 of HONG KONG

7 January, 2016

I never liked waking up early, but its a different case when I am overseas. :p (oh and have I mentioned how much I like dressing up in such wintery clothes?? :D)
So we woke up early and it was the day for us to go to MACAU!
I was very excited to go there, especially since I just finished watching Boys Over Flower in December 2015, and going to Macau where they filmed at, excites me quite a bit. hahah.
But the ferry ticket to Macau was quite costly, so I am thankful C agreed to go with me still, nonetheless!

After about 1-2 hours, we finally arrived, and was greeted with such a beauty!!!!
It was indeed "BOF" coming alive, just that Lee Minho wasn't around :P (I don't really like him tho)
Took many many pictures before proceeding to their shopping mall.......

WHICH WAS YET ANOTHER BEAUTY.
Seeing the buildings, the sky ceiling, the 'river', everything about it, just makes me wanna go to Venice so so badly!!
I don't know how long we spent there, taking pictures at every corner and angle... but i am so thankful for such a patient friend.. indeed #cherrysphotography. HAHA.

C said there was this pork bo luo bun that was really good in their foodcourt, and that she wanted to have a bite at it again, and so we went!
But man, everything was so over-priced. I forgot how much this cost, but I think it was definitely more than SGD$12 (much more expensive than the street's).
It was crispy and all, but hmm, doubt I will buy it again in the future!

We left the building and walked a distance to the old street area for more food!
Almost settled at this restaurant that sells nice Portuguese food, but it was a bit too pricey, so we just settled for small bites!
Tried this tiramisu cake from the famous cake shop, and bought some of their snacks home!

Our next stop in Macau was the Ruins of St Paul's.
I was pretty amazed by the architecture and I can't help but to imagine how it was like in the past!
It was sooo crowded so being able to take nice shots with the building was nearly impossible... and besides, there was this man, this particular man, that would ALWAYS be in our pictures.
He's like everywhere, kinda freaky. haahh! We found him in quite a few of our pictures, and we were a little unhappy with him photobombing us.

Tried the Portuguese eggtarts, and meh, I realised I don't like such. But I still prefer the other type :D
Just before evening breaks, we were making our way out of Macau, but we kinda got lost trying to find our way back to the main area.
But thankfully we got some directions and made our way back safely!

TIM HO WAN!!!! I loved it in SG, and so I was really excited to eat it in HK!
What a way to end our night, by having such yummy and awesome dinner!!!
I guessed for the 2 of us, we ordered a little too much, but I was pretty impressed that we could still finish it :P
I am drooling just by looking at all these, and I wanna eat the char siew baooooo!
Oh, and I was soooo shocked at how cheap it was!!
Truly, I am in the land of dim sums! Its so ex here in SG, so i am thankful!

And this sums up my day 3!
